• Full payment of all services booked is required to confirm your registration.
• All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and taxes are included.
• Invoices with an address in the European Union must be provided with a Tax Reg. No./ VAT number. The invoicing address and Tax Reg. No./ VAT number can be set up during the registration process.
• Registration payments must be completed before the end of the selected registration deadline. If the payment is not submitted by the stated deadline, the fee will be changed to the one that corresponds to the next time period.
NOTE: Kindly check the billing/receipt information that you have entered during the registration process. The bill/receipt will be issued on the given details within one month after the end of the Congress. In case of any change of the information requested after the issuance of the bill/receipt, there will be a handling fee of Euro 20.00 for the re-issuance of the bill/receipt.
Any cancellation of your registration must be notified in writing by e-mail to the Congress Organizing Secretariat at elmo@eventrium.ro, and will be subject to the following conditions:
• Up to and including October 10th, 2025: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• From October 11th, 2025, and onwards: No refund will apply.
• All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Any bank charges (where applicable) will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
